Lowrance Fisher is a partner at Cavallo & Cavallo, which operates as part of Fisher Stone, P.C., the firm he co-founded with Gregory Stone in 2014. His practice centers on residential real estate, and he represents buyers, sellers, and investors in purchases, sales, and refinances of houses, condos, co-ops, and multifamily buildings throughout the Bronx, Westchester, and the five boroughs. He works closely with real estate agents and lenders to keep deals on schedule, and he takes the time to explain each step of a transaction to clients who may be buying or selling for the first time.
Lowrance is fluent in Russian and regularly represents Russian-speaking clients, giving families the ability to review contracts and ask questions in the language they are most comfortable with.

Background
Lowrance’s path to the law started early. While in college, he worked as a paralegal at a law firm and also started and ran his own retail business, which he sold after graduating in 2009. That business experience shapes the way he practices today: he understands what is at stake for buyers, sellers, and investors because he has been one himself.
Lowrance owns and manages investment properties in Brooklyn and the Bronx. That hands-on experience with rentals, tenants, and building maintenance gives his clients practical advice that goes beyond the contract, especially when they are buying a two-family or multifamily home or adding a rental property to their portfolio.

Real Estate and Estate Planning Together
At Cavallo & Cavallo, real estate work and estate planning often overlap. A home purchase is a natural time to think about how the property is titled and who should receive it someday, and the sale of a parent’s house frequently happens in the middle of an estate. Lowrance works alongside the firm’s estate planning and probate team so clients get one coordinated plan instead of handing paperwork between two offices.
Outside the Office
Lowrance is married with two daughters and calls Manhattan home. A former competitive tennis player, he still spends summers on the court and on his bike or rollerblades, and he heads to the slopes to ski every winter.
