Gregory Stone is a partner at Cavallo & Cavallo, which operates as part of Fisher Stone, P.C., the firm he co-founded with Lowrance Fisher in 2014. Greg focuses on estate planning and business law. He helps parents put wills and trusts in place to protect their children and their homes, and he helps business owners form LLCs, PLLCs, and corporations, draft employment agreements, and protect their trademarks. For business owners, that means a plan that protects both the family and the company.
Greg grew up in Brooklyn and Staten Island and works with clients throughout the five boroughs, including the Bronx, Manhattan, and Staten Island, as well as Westchester County.

An Entrepreneur’s Perspective
Greg has been building businesses most of his life. He started a cellphone and accessories company while still in high school and founded SSB Magazine at age 21. That experience gives him a practical understanding of what business owners face, from choosing the right entity to planning who will run the company if something happens to them. Beyond legal work, Greg advises businesses on growth, with a focus on operations and the systems that keep a company running smoothly.
Estate Planning for Parents and Families
Much of Greg’s estate planning practice is devoted to parents. He helps clients name guardians for their children, set up trusts so an inheritance is managed responsibly, and make sure the family home passes the way they intend. He explains each document in plain terms and keeps plans as simple as the family’s situation allows.

Outside the Office
Greg is a father who spends Saturdays farm picking with his family. His favorite building in New York City is the Freedom Tower.
